Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered coming? I’m in.

There has been many leaks in recent months, and we’re now at the end of April. The worldwide reveal of Call of Duty’s 2016 title is imminent any day now. The biggest leak to date is the leak of “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare” by Sony themselves.

And, that’s not the only leak of this supposed “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.” A user on Reddit leaked an image of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. He found it while at Target. Charlie Intel found a higher-resolution image of Infinite Warfare’s box…

As you can see, “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare” looks real, and it shows the Worldwide release date of Infinite Warfare. Not only that, the pamphlet also shows that the game includes a “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.” We’re not sure if this is the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Trilogy or just Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered. However, Amazon has Modern Warfare Trilogy listed on their website…

You think that’s it? Nope. As I mentioned earlier, a reveal of Call of Duty 2016 is imminent any day now. Many sources are saying you can look forward to a reveal of Call of Duty 2016 on Tuesday, May 3rd – according to a memo intended for a retailer…

Furthermore, the official Call of Duty Twitter account responded to a user that posted that he would literally crap his pants if a COD4 Remastered was released…

Not only that, Infinity Ward had their own tease…

So, we all know that a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remaster is on the way. Questions remain: Is this a remaster of just Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, or ALL 3 titles? Is this exclusive just to Single Player, or both Single Player and Multiplayer?

I’d be happy if this “Modern Warfare Trilogy” includes Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2, and to a lesser extent, Modern Warfare 3? I’d be even more excited if the remaster included the Multiplayer portion provided that they fix the the glitches, hacks, cheats, and exploits. And then put in some extras such as playercards and some kind of theater mode or at least allow for share capabilities (PlayStation 4).

If “Legacy Edition” includes the aforementioned trilogy, then those pre-orders are just going to skyrocket. No doubt about that.

November 10th, 2009 – It’s time to gear up for all-out, high-speed action and epic combat, as Activision Publishing, Inc. Following a record-setting number of North American midnight openings, Modern Warfare 2 has begun to unleash a new threat upon the world, putting gamers on the front lines of an epic, global battle that has advanced onto American soil, proving that no one is safe from an impending invasion.

“From day one the goal was to bring our fans around the world the most riveting and authentic experience we’ve ever created in Modern Warfare 2,” said Vince Zampella, CEO of Infinity Ward. “Every design from the smallest detail was crafted to place gamers in the center of their own epic, action movie — with the suspense, excitement and adrenaline as if they were starring themselves.”

“By all indicators, we anticipate Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be the biggest entertainment launch of all time. As of today, the number of pre-order reservations we’ve taken for the game is the highest for any title we’ve ever sold in our 6,200 store network,” said Tony Bartel, executive vice president, merchandising and marketing, GameStop Corp.

Picking up following the historic events of Call of Duty(R) 4: Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2 completely immerses players in one of the most intense storylines, filled with unexpected plot twists and death-defying battles set in exotic locales across the globe. As gamers fight to save the world from annihilation, the soundtrack of Academy Award, Golden Globe Award and Grammy Award winning composer Hans Zimmer sets the dark and ominous tone for a truly cinematic gaming experience. Modern Warfare 2 marks the first time that the legendary artist has scored a video game.

Delivering the complete package, in addition to the heart-racing intensity of the single player campaign, Modern Warfare 2 also offers an entirely new gameplay mode, “Special Ops,” which supports 2-player co-operative play via online or split screen dropping gamers into a surplus of time-trial and objective-based missions. As players rank-up, ever challenging missions are unlocked, including highlights from the single player campaign, fan favorites from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and all new, exclusive missions. While, the all-new Multiplayer mode raises the bar even higher from the world-record setting online play from its predecessor delivering new capabilities, customization, gamestates and modes, including customizable killstreaks, accolades and new create-a-class features.

COD4: Carlos racks up 75k kills!

So, today, I’m excited not just because I’ve gotten to 9th prestige, 75k kills. But I have racked up enough challenges to prove myself. And to top it off…pulling off a hard, but unexpected lineup of a two players, creating a Collateral Damage with my M40A3.

    Before & After #6 – COD4 PS3

How’d I pull it off? I was playing on Bog, and some people were being @$$es as usual. Calling the best players “f@g” or “f@gs” because they can’t put up with being shot by a good player. So, I’m getting annoyed by these guys talking smack because they killed me – oh BIG WOOP! I rise above it. I shot a few with my Silenced AK47. Then this guy pissed me off with a comment that threw me off “haha! Carlos I got you!” like a kid. Seriously dude? Okay, I get out my M40A3 and laid prone on the other side of the map where he keeps “sneaking around” in. I pointed my gun at the door, the entrance from kitchen to the alleyway where all the trash containers and fire is enclosed inside the fence – ok so I lay prone there. I quick scoped one player, but I did it again – only this time, Collateral Damage. Yeah baby!

    The guy reacted obviously! Hehehe.

And I’m playing with a BROKEN controller! Yeah haters. Broken.
