At this morning’s Nintendo Direct, there were some new details on the couple of Wii U games being developed by Platinum Games. First, a new trailer was shown of The Wonderful 101, which is due for release later this year. The second piece of news is about the development of Bayonetta 2. While gameplay of Bayonetta 2 is still not ready to be shown, the development team has shared a brief video on the game’s progress.

Next Nintendo Direct Airing January 23, Focuses On Wii U
There will be a new Nintendo Direct airing tomorrow on January 23 at 6 a.m. PT/9 a.m. ET. The upcoming broadcast will be focused on upcoming Wii U titles, so you could probably look forward to footage and info being shown on the upcoming Wii U games that were recently given release dates in a press release last week. There is also the possibility of a new Wii U title being revealed or at least more info on games beyond Spring 2013. Europe and Japan will also be getting their own Wii U Nintendo Directs.

Nintendo To Hold Nintendo Direct Broadcast About Nintendo 3DS Tomorrow
Announced on it’s Twitter page, Nintendo of America will be broadcasting a Nintendo Direct tomorrow morning at 7AM PT on Nintendo.com. Not much details were shared but it seems the broadcast will center around upcoming games for the Nintendo 3DS.
