Modern Warfare 4 supposedly leaked, Captain Price to return
I dont believe this article in the slightest but still worth posting.
———————-
ThisisXbox.com writer Jason Andrews met the voice actor of Captain Price, Murray, recently while on a flight. While Andrew’s talked to Murray, he had this to say, “On Monday I am off to meet Infinity Ward about the next game, Modern Warfare 4, I’m doing work on the sequel to Modern Warfare 3, it carries straight on and I only ever appear in the Modern Warfare games…”
His statements seem to confirm a few things, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is in development by Infinity Ward and will be a direct sequel to Modern Warfare 3, Captain Price will return, and Price will not be featured in Black Ops II, despite rumors of his inclusion.
Based on some previous news leaks and announcements, it looks like we won’t be seeing this game until 2014, as Sledgehammer is developing next years game. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Black Ops 2 Hardened Edition Sold Early in Slovakia
A Slovakian retailer appears to be selling Black Ops 2 (way) earlier than they are supposed too as a customer walked in and bought the Hardened Edition for PS3.
This is not a leaked or downloaded copy. This is the FULL RETAIL Hardened Edition with everything inside. Fully packaged. This early sale also means that retailers worldwide are getting stocks of Black Ops 2 now.
It’ll be interesting if any bans or suspension will be enforced since this was legitimately purchased and in all honestly is the retailers fault. If you remember, last year MW3 was sold early at K-Mart stores in the US and Microsoft threatend bans if played early (which never happened).

Debunking Black Ops 2 leak, no compromise
Leaked footage of a retail build of Black Ops 2 has been pulled from Youtube this week but many sites are still showing what has been confirmed by Activision to be a developmental build. It is viewed to be using developer tools that are designed for testing and this is not from the final game.

Without the final retail build being accessed or compromised, this video seems to be doing the rounds and some are suggesting this has come from Xbox Live PartnerNet, although this has not been confirmed yet. Reporting news of the footage seen from a developmental build Fudzilla highlight these Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 suggestions and the confirmation of the leak, and we thought it would be a good idea to mention that Black Ops 2 will be at Eurogamer later this month.
Leaked details and a first look of the Crossbow are also reported on Gameranx, as a video on their site shows off some informative insight into the game along with a glimpse of the highly documented crossbow weapon that hasn’t actually been revealed. The video also looks like it has been pinched from the Black Ops 2′s Gamescom build, and in this, they have dissected some bits and pieces worth mentioning. The crossbow seems to have an ACOG scope for aiming assistance, and looks to be specially redesigned for Black Ops 2 appearing to be equipped with explosive bolts, giving a small delay and flash before it makes the kill.
Judging by David Vonderhaar’s twitter feed, he says “Ok. I guess it’s officially official. I am going to Eurogamer Expo and I’m bringing Black Ops 2 with me”, along with news that fans will be happy with large improvements ideal for both casual and hardcore gamers. In our most recent Black Ops 2 post, we highlighted some multi configurations for fans willing to pay out bit more for two new versions and the most expensive coming with a cool functional quadrotor helicopter. Are you interested in reserving a collector’s edition of the game to be the envy of your friends?

Rumour – Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Leaked
Latest Call of Duty leaked, reports suggest, as renowned Call of Duty modder ‘hacks’ Black Ops 2 two months before release.
A Call of Duty modder has posted a video of what is claimed to be a leaked version of Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
iHc James, who has previously leaked details of DLC drops for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 prior to their announcement, posted a gameplay video of Call of Duty: Black Ops II to YouTube in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The video opens with Treyarch studio head Mark Lamia discussing Black Ops II’s anti-cheat systems, before showing modified multiplayer gameplay footage from the game’s Yemen map.
The original YouTube video was pulled following a copyright claim from Activision, but has since been uploaded onto other video sites.
It is not yet known how the game was leaked, or whether the leaked version is of the final retail build. Some have speculated that the footage may have been taken from a leaked build on internal Xbox network PartnerNet.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II officially goes on sale on November 13.
