Call of Duty: Black Ops III is the ultimate 3-games-in-1 experience. In Campaign mode, you must navigate the hot spots of a new Cold War to find your missing brothers. Players can play the campaign cooperatively or solo and are now always connected to the intelligence grid and their fellow operatives during battle. Multiplayer features a new momentum-based chained movement system, allowing players to fluidly move through the environment with finesse, using controlled thrust jumps, slides, and mantling. Black Ops III multiplayer also introduces the new Specialist character system, which allows players to master 9 characters’ battle-hardened weapons and abilities through a challenge-based unlock progression system. No Treyarch title would be complete without its signature Zombies offering. “Shadows of Evil” has its own distinct storyline right out of the box, set in the fictional 1940s Morg City, where four particularly troubled individuals – the femme fatale, the magician, the detective, and the boxer – star in this film-noir inspired horror story.

Black Ops 3 on PS3 & Xbox 360 Will Run At 30 FPS
Black Ops 3 will run at 60 frames per second on current gen consoles (PS4/Xbox One/PC) but it has been revealed that this not possible for previous generation consoles.
Beenox and Mercenary Technology, the company that are making Treyarch’s game compatible for PS3 and Xbox 360 users explains it:
“becomes harder when you’re working on current-gen platforms.”
“We’re basically looking more at something like 30fps”

Sony have finally announced via the Black Ops 3 product page the date the game can be pre-loaded. Pre-load can begin on 3rd November.

What is Free Run mode?
The new mode is called Free Run. The asymmetrical mode is a time trial course. Full of challenges, free run mode tasks you to use the game’s new movement abilities. The courses get harder the further you progress, and can be “punishing” at higher levels.

New Game Mode Leak – STOCKPILE – Black Ops 3
“Pick up tags and deliver them to the Deposit Location.”
One reddit user has got their hands on sound bites for a new game mode in Black Ops 3 entitled Stockpile. We are not sure of the validity of this leak, will update if it appears fake, have a listen to the sound clips and decide for yourself.

Yes, BLACK OPS 3 does have dedicated servers. There is a worldwide deployment plan for those servers. The way that the game works is a hybrid model, it’s trying to put you on a dedicated server if it’s the fastest, best situation for you.
That’s not true everywhere in the world, but it’s true in many places in the world including Australia. If it makes sense for you to be connected to a dedicated server with other people on a dedicated server than that’s what is going to happen.
