Disappointing that LittleBigPlanet isn't a launch title. But I'm happy with Gravity Rush, Uncharted, and WipeOut being there though. Overall, a decent line up. Much better than the 3DS launch.

These are just the games that are going to be published by Sony themselves. I'm not sure, but Sony might be publishing the Capcom game because Nintendo does it for Capcom aswell. And like talhaa said, Sound Shapes should be in there.

This is not a definitive launch list, I'm pretty sure of that. Just another random website looking for clicks.

Oh, and if you click the right arrow, then it even shows Little Big Planet as a "hardware launch" title.

Eh, I'm not buying that list as being the complete first party launch offering from Sony. Part of the reason Sony has given as the reason for the Feb. 22 launch was that they needed time to make sure they had a substantial line up of games available for launch in the west. They needed the extra time to come up with what, a mere 9 first party titles????

At first thought that might seem like alot of games, but when a substantial number won't even have a physical presence in stores as they are downloads only...

True there will be the third party offerings to take up the slack, but a number of those will be downloads too. Vita's success will demand a strong visible representation in stores. There should be at least 15 real world games for people to choose from at launch.

And while we are talking launches, just because a game is listed as being a launch game dosen't mean that is will be available first day. Most companies view a launch period as being as many as several months out from release day, not just that first week or so.

This makes it easier on me. Wipeout, Uncharted and MVC 3it is then.

I do want to try Reality Fighters, Gravity Rush, and Hot Shots as they all look like great games, but I can wait on those until a price drop. I'd rather invest in the sure-fire winners first.

The irony is that that's not even all of them. There's 6 games on the current list that I want and probably another 3-6 games on the full list I'd like to own (like Katamari). I've never had such a long wish list of games at launch before.
