PSVita Questions about setting up a European PSN account from the US

Hi

I am planning on getting a PS Vita for Christmas. I live in the United States.

My main reason for getting the Vita is to play all my favorite PSOne Classics on the go. Of the games I want, most are available. The trouble is, many are only available on the EU store. Now, I understand that you can actually access the European store simply by setting up your account as a European one (setting your country to 'UK' for example). And then of course, you have to have a European store card code (No problems there, I can buy the code direct from Amazon.co.uk).
Now, I get that the PS Vita can only have one account set up on it. To set up a new one, you have to do a factory reset. If I want US games, I will buy a second memory card and simply go through the reset motions every time I want to switch, with a US account set up for that card.

So my plan is this.

1) Buy a Vita
2) Buy a memory card
3) Set up a European account
4) Buy a European Store card code
5) Buy games from the European store with this code
6) ... :) ...

My question is, do any Vita experts see a problem with this plan? Is there something I am missing here? If I do reset the system between alternating two different memory cards, will the Vita just load up whatever account is on the memory card that is plugged into it, or is there a process? Sorry, I'm not at all familiar with this, and since I'm spending a sizable amount on it, I want to make sure I won't be disappointed.

The vita assigns accounts to memory cards, once assigned the vita only let's you login to the account assigned to the memory card you're currently using, so the process for changing accounts is simply remove card, reset to factory settings, insert the other card and login to the account assigned to that card.

The process is a pain in the ass if you ask me, but I personally don't see anything wrong with your plan.

Thank you for the reply. I know it will be a pain in the ass, but with Sony refusing to put classics like Crash and Spyro on the US store or even giving us a good reason why, there isn't much I can do.
