GameStop Little Brat!!

ive seen a few annoying kids around but nothing that extensive  although i once had a really funny argument with a 10 year old who was telling me the ps3 was SH!T and that "xbox has halo" so its better. No joke.

Yeah tell us the details plz :P

Oh wow, when are parents going to learn that's not how you raise a kid? I saw it all the time when I worked at a gamestore here in the Netherlands. One time I had a little kid screaming for a DS Lite and I told her Santa Claus (actually Sinterklaas but that's something only the Dutch understand ;)) was in the back of the store and he could hear everything. The kid stopped screaming, hell she even stopped breathing because she thought Santa was really there. The parents thanked me, but they still bought her the DS. :D

Sinterklaas is the best. Even better than Santa Claus. He even gave me and my bros a laptop last year :D

You shouldn't expect a 10 year old to know anything about the inside of a console. They just wanna play a nice looking game and don't care how they achieved it :P

It just really annoys me when little kids think they know more than you. Where i live there are a few of them around. My school is full of little smart asses and saying smart stuff is the best way to make them go away cause they have nothing to say back. Also, ive known the basic layout of a computer system since i was around 6 or 7. My dad had a old computer which i loved to pull apart just to look at the pieces :D

I never got the chance to take a computer apart (except my psp :P) because we allways had pretty high end systems and my mum/ dad would kill me if I destroyed it :P

I guess i was at the other end of the spectrum. My family is a low income family, so most of my computers where cheap or second hand systems. I was never really short of old computers to play around with :D

The pro of having cheap and low end computers is that you don't bother with taking them apart since if something breaks down you can change it for cheap. :D

especially nowadays, just last month an electronics store was having a "two laptops for 1" sale. Thats just insane!

Yeah when you buy a expensive PC that has the best specs you can get there is a better for the same price the next week

In a way thats one reason i would go for a mac. Cause they have a select few line of models which get incremental updates once or twice a year. Its a lot easier to manage your systems if you say, Buy a new mac every two years. You can just go for the latest model without having to compare 10 PC's to determine which one is best value.

But to me its worth looking around a bit though since you can get twice as good and fast PC's for the price you pay for a mac.

Sinterklass.... with a name like that, Dutch Santa sounds like he could kick U.S. Santa's ass!:p

My sister does almost the exact same thing, the only difference is she looks at the price tags first, and wants whatever is most expensive, then cries about it.

Sadly, she's 17 years old, my mom is nearly broke 24/7, she gets a lot of what she wants, and dodges punishment after telling my mom to f*** off.

I agree, little kids who think they're smarter than you are annoying, but what's more annoying is the guys at Future Shop (Canadian store.) Some guy told me my P4, 2.6GHz with 1GB of RAM would out perform a Duo Core 2.1GHz, 3 GB of RAM computer. >.> Not to mention it died 2 weeks after I bought the laptop. =P
