It has been a while since Microsoft hosted a livestream centered around Xbox. The last Xbox Games Showcase livestream was in June of 2022. Microsoft acquired Bethesda in 2020, and they are not stopping with the acquisitions: Microsoft announced they’re acquiring Activision. They hit a snafu with the acquisition, and it’s still ongoing. Geoff Keighley kicked off Summer Games Fest 2023 with a livestream, and Xbox is doing their own showcase. That showcase will be livestreamed tomorrow, June 11, 2023. Microsoft posted an article to set expectations for Xbox Games Showcase 2023. Xbox Games Showcase will be followed by a Starfield Direct presentation, all of it will begin livestreaming at 10am Pacific time / 1pm Eastern time / 6pm UK time.
