In the same press release that detailed a special event for the Call of Duty community, Activision have confirmed a continuing partnership with PlayStation and that they will share “exciting new details” about Infinity Ward’s next game. Described as “ambitious”, the next game in the Call of Duty series is due later this year.
Unlike previous years, Activision will not have their own booth at the E3 Expo.
The E3 Expo takes places this June.
In June, we’re going to be at E3 showcasing gameplay from Infinity Ward’s ambitious new game. We’re looking forward to sharing exciting new details about the next great Call of Duty game in partnership with our friends at PlayStation. We’re proud to be participating in this premier video game event, but won’t have an Activision booth on the show floor.
