It became speculation, more leaks, then rumors started to swirl, and the hype was buidling up for years. In recent months and weeks, there has been more listings, more mounting evidence that the remaster would be released. It was even datamined by fans in a recent patch update to 2019’s Modern Warfare reboot. It kept snowballing into accidental listings by PlayStation Germany. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is available now for $20 on the PlayStation Store for PlayStation 4 owners. Xbox One and PC owners can pre-order the game now, and get it on April 30th.
