TurboGrafx 16 Mini announced by Konami

Just when you thought Konami has nothing else to announce other than the unexpected release of Contra Anniversary Collection today during E3 2019, they finally do it. For those of you who don’t know, Hudson Soft made and released TurboGrafx 16 in partnership with NEC in 1987 in Japan, and 1989 in U.S. Konami acquired Hudson Soft in 2012, and merged the company into Konami Digital Entertainment. Therefore, all TurboGrafx 16 branding belongs to Konami.

In recent times, mini consoles has been having a resounding reception among everyone, so more and more companies are making mini consoles. Konami made an unexpected announcement during E3 2019, that TurboGrafx 16 Mini exists and more info would come.

Only 6 games were announced, and we don’t know how many games will be in TurboGrafx 16. We don’t even know when the machine will release, or how much it will cost. We don’t know much of anything about it. At all.
