It doesn't it's the fact that Japan made a site with each volume of manga costing 10€\$ and only contain 21 animes.
I have Crunchyroll but the don't have that of a huge selection..
The anime that i follow are only available illegal here in the Netherlands.
I already buyed my Manga in a store here for €5 a piece.
I won't pay for digital shit

That's your personal preference - and as such, sucks for you. I'm just saying this is neither the end of the world nor the end of being able to easily access anime.
Where there's demand, usually follows some sort of supply - if you like anime/manga that much you'll find a way.

Yeah. I'm glad they aren't targeting any of the ongoing animes. Though I'm now sure about the newest Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji or w/e... Don't know the Japanese spelling). Also Hunter x Hunter, Fairy Tail and Naruto, though I don't care about Naruto. Stopped watching that a while ago.

Info: anime/manga sites are blocked for Japanese residents.
We still have to delete 580 titles over the next 5 months..
I'm pretty sure 75% won't.
This wil only boost anime/manga sales from withing Japan and not any other country.
The reason we have to delete 500 manga titles and 80 anime titles is because those are licensed but yeah who gives a fuck.
SAO still not on the list, thank god.

Japan, your efforts are for nothing.
