Apparently was rumored by an obscure French website back in May, but it's now a reality. Kat from Gravity Rush is in it.

What is PlayStation All-Stars Island?

PlayStation All-Stars Island is a joint promotion with Coca-Cola Zero offering FREE to download mobile games for IOS and Android.

The game takes place on the PlayStation All-Stars Island and consists of a collection of smaller game experiences using themes from various PlayStation franchises. Games are based on successful PlayStation IPs – Uncharted, LBP Karting, inFAMOUS and Gravity Rush. Players will be able to earn special Coke Zero moves within the game that ‘make the impossible possible’ e.g. Drake and Cole enter the LBP world.

Who developed the game?
Zoink Games is the developer

Which game characters are included?
The four main characters are Sackboy (LittleBigPlanet Karting), Nathan Drake (Uncharted), Cole MacGrath (InFAMOUS Train Ride) and Kat (Gravity Rush).
In addition to the above, four bonus characters (Jak & Daxter and Ratchet & Clank) will also appear in the Coke Zero Moves.

How does the game play work?
The ‘All-Stars Island’ is a fictional, fantasy island that has been created to host the best and most exciting characters from PlayStation games. The Island is divided into 4 zones, with each zone representing one franchise (Uncharted, LBP Karting, inFAMOUS and Gravity Rush) and containing a mini game.

All the mini games are based on successful mobile game play and are endless, allowing the player to keep going until they fail.

Players are tasked with collecting Coke Zero orbs that are used to unlock special Coke Zero ‘MAKE IT POSSIBLE’ moves. There is one experience bar per mini game, per character and the player must fill all of the board to have all of the special moves.

On what device can I play the game?
The game is available to download free across iOS and Android platforms starting this summer.

How can I access the game?
A QR code on the label of participating Coca-Cola Zero bottles will offer players exclusive downloads as well as access to Coke Zero booster moves (market dependant, markets to amend as necessary).

Hm. Whenever it becomes available on the US Store, I will give it a try. Currently, it is only available on the UK iOS store.

Still I am with others here. I am not sure how Sony was okay with this. Honestly, I would have preferred they continue DLC for PS3/PS Vita All-Stars. But I suppose this is better than nothing.

Coke paid them money, that is all there is to this. There is really no need for this thread to be in the Vita games forum either.

The idea to put this in the Vita section is that this is ridiculous the Vita isn't getting it. I get that they're trying to reach a wide, more casual audience with it, but how hard can it be to also put this on the digital store of their actual touch screen handheld?
I know that this is just a series of mini-games, but still, Uncharted, InFamous, LittleBigPlanet Karting, and Gravity Rush-themed mini-games. I know I'll be downloading this on my tablet, but I should be playing it on the Vita right now.

So this is contingency Plan B?

VITA = Fail = become some sort of low budget mobile 3rd party/publisher? xD

Even if this isn't first party stuff.. it could be a sign for things to come :p

Work on this....instead of vita games >.>

Sony didn't make the game, in fact, they didn't even spend money on it. They just approved the use of their IPs for some shitty mobile developer because Coka Cola paid them a ton of money.

The game looks like absolute trash. For a second, I was surprised that Sony would allow their IPs to be connected to crappy endless runner mobile games. Then I remembered Sony is just as bad as the rest of the gaming industry, and cares more about money than anything.

Doesn't look that bad to me for that price (zero cent).

Just looking at LBP and GR, I'd pay $2 for it on the Vita.

Yeah it doesn't look too bad, I downloaded it but haven't got round to playing it yet.

That coke bottle power up meter looks very obnoxious though.
