I love the fact that I can download music, pics and videos wirelessly from my PC to my Vita through Content Manager for free. Is there anything similar like that on the Android Market?

No I actually thought we had the same question. I want to be able to use my Android phone as backup storage, like how our PCs are with our PS Vitas. No need to buy those crazy expensive memory cards to be able to bring a lot more PS Vita games and goodies with you on the go.
I imagine they'll make this hard on us, so they probably have CMA protected to a fashion.
