PSVita Is my Vita dead for good?

Hi all,
Dropped my Vita in water yesterday, only partially submered, up to the left speaker. Turned itself off and 30 minutes later, turned itself back on again. It worked, apart from the power and PS button. No light at all on the button. I could use it fine, but only on one app, as obviously I could not exit it. I waited for the battery to die, and put it in a tub of rice for half a day, then plugged it into charge to see if it would turn on - nothing. Just two very quick orange flashes on the PS button, and then nothing.
Is my Vita dead forever?

i'm afraid so man. i would leave the vita in a dry area for a day and let it air out and let evaporation do its thing and retry to charge it but outside of that, there really isn't much you can do.
