Ah, congratulations on the purchase! I'd love to get myself the S8 too. I am a huge Samsung fan. I've been using their phones for over 6 years now and never regretted it. I still got the S7 though :( How much did you pay for it? Is it under contract or? Also is that picture taken from the Minecraft pocket edition? Looks absolutely amazing.

Anyway, keep reporting the updates, I am definitely buying the same phone as soon as I can afford it and any feedback or your reviews are really appreciated ;)

Well, I bought the phone on a lease with the option to buy. It's $35 a month for two years and its mine or I can trade it in on a new phone in a year. More than likely I will be buying the Samsung Galaxy S9 when it comes out. :)

S8+ is a brilliant phone. Perhaps you could post a review for us after some time with the phone. What was your last phone by the way ? Samsung does churn out some great quality smartphones.

Congratulations!
I also have a Samsung phone it is called A5, which is moderately priced samsung phone. At this moment, I cannot think to have Samsung Galaxy S8 because it is beyond my budget, however, I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to play minecraft pocket edition on S8.

I like the first one, it looks a bit with some old build houses from my country. The wolf head is a master piece, how long it took you to create it? I like your creation but you must build something around them, some fences, animals, soldier, because all looks so dead!
Congratulation for your work!

The wolf head took about five hours! But that's also because I'm awful at building anything with rounded features. The area is so feature devoid because this is where I test my builds using creative mode for ease of use. When I either put them in my actual map or build them on someone else's server I do add fencing, side gardens, landscaping, etc. Another reason my flat world doesn't have many of those features is because for me they depend on the terrain the houses get put into. The principal house is always the same but the features around it are something I tailor to the place I've built them so they turn out a little different each time.

WOW very nice builds JaiGuru! Very inspiring! I will be the first to admit that I am in the beginning stages (learning) of Minecraft. And I do plan to try some complex structures after the first of the year. There are a ton of blueprints online for various builds. My first complex build is going to be a castle and I know right where I am going to put it. There is a area in my world where there is a cliff that overlooks the water. And that's a perfect spot for a castle. ;)

Oh yeah, I love cliff-side castles! There's always more to learn no matter what you do. I'm still pretty awful at nesting my building into terrain in an organic way. One of my goals this year was to up that game so I don't build huge flat villages anymore. I've spent a lot of time getting better at architecture but I can't build many natural features without resorting to the World Edit tool set and I'd like that to change.

Lookout towers I built. The small one came first but the roof was disproportionately large so I thought I'd build a base and put the bit I'd already made on top. I think it worked!

Here's a good example of how I iterate on structures and refine my build. The top picture is the original version but I have a bad habit of building too large in order to accommodate more details since Minecraft's block size is so huge. This leads to structure which should be two story cottages turning into cottage themed skyscrapers! So I took my first design and tried again and the second picture is what resulted.

Here's another angle on the wolf.

Well, congratulation for you purchase! I have a older Samsung Galaxy version and I really like it, so I guess this must be good too!
Judging by those pic (which I can't believe is taken with a phone!) it must really be. Enjoy your new "toy"!

That is one hell of a game changer sir admin. Haha. But how do you think the price will be if they release the Samsung Galaxy S9 when you swap it with your Samsung Galaxy S8? ;0

There won't be a price increase for me but the S8 will drop in price. With the plan that I am on it will be an even trade if I get the same size S9. Or it will go down in price if I get a regular S9. :)

My mother's waiting for the Galaxy Note 8 although I can feel the price gonna be real expensive. Too bad there's not many great Samsung deals for my Telco.

Wow congratulations, that phone seems awesome! You must be very excited and into it. I have a Samsung too, but a very old model, unfortunately in my country phones are super expensive, and I can't afford to have a newer one. So enjoy it a lot and give us a little review of your experience with it, advantages, cool features, how comfy is to play with it, we want to know.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I no longer have my S8+ and I have a regular basic LG phone and I have to be honest here. Minecraft has not been the same on a phone since I got rid of the S8+. It still plays ok but the visuals when down the tubes and the frame rate is nowhere near as good but I still manage. ;)
