Although Capcom did a livestream for Capcom’s upcoming games, the “spotlight” is actually on Capcom’s marquee title: Resident Evil. They announced not just their new Resident Evil: Death Island film, which takes place in the middle of Resident Evil 6 (set in 2013) and Resident Evil: Vendetta (set in 2014), and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard (set in 2017). They also put a “spotlight” on the previously announced Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Resident Evil 4 is scheduled to be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC via Steam on March 24, 2023. Resident Evil 4’s Chainsaw Demo is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC via Steam.
