Koji Igarashi joined Konami in 1990, and went on to making some of Castlevania’s best games. He left Konami in 2014, and became a co-founder of ArtPlay. He worked on Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It was released in 2019 after a bumpy crowdfunded project, alongside a smaller project known as Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon as part of its stretch goal. It was released in 2018 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Nintendo 3DS, and Nintendo Switch.
