How can Mega Man copy the World Warriors’ powers if they’re human?
SFxMM is not a cannon story to the Mega Man universe, and according to Capcom, the game is supposed to be taken as a fun game…

Well, the game is non-canon, so it doesn’t have to follow the in-universe reasonings for how things works, it just has to follow how the gameplay formula works.

Alternatively, one could just believe that the Street Fighters that MegaMan fights are robotic copies or something.

If I have questions about the game, where can I ask Capcom?
You can go to Capcom-Unity Forums, and ask. Like I did here.

I will update this story as I receive new information about SFxMM.
