David Vonderhaar today revealed several new details for the upcoming multiplatform title,“Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.” The Game Design Director at Treyarch provided some information on the weapon prestige, as well as the possibility of a platinum camouflage, in the Nintendo Wii U, PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 first-person shooter. The comments from David Vonderhaar on Twitter below:
Why would you prestige a gun? The gun levels don’t reset on level Prestige. So you might want the XP bonuses to help you level faster. You might be interested in the cosmetics attached to higher level weapons. No. No platinum Camo. Where do you get this stuff? Try again.
Treyarch is the developer behind “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.” They previously worked on Call of Duty 3, Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: World at War. The sequel has a release date of November 13 on the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 systems in addition to November 18 on the Nintendo Wii U.
